THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE
CHRE · Adler Trained Coach · Prosci-certified · Business-minded executive HR leadership.
JENNIFER KRAEMER · FOUNDERMORE THAN A JOB TITLE
Jennifer has spent more than 25 years connecting people strategy with the realities of running a business.
Her career spans founder-led ventures, global technology platforms, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. She has reported to a company president, advised CEOs and boards, led enterprise HR functions and supported founders through decisions that cannot wait for a large HR department.
Her differentiator is strategic judgment paired with practical ownership. She can advise on executive rewards, organization design or acquisitions—and also work directly on a sensitive employee issue, manager coaching, HR technology or change implementation.
Her qualifications include CHRE (HRPA), Adler Trained Coach, Prosci certification, the HR Executive Management Program at the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Personnel Management from Humber College.
